Elastrolab (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Random Team Shuffle mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Application and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

All data you enter into Random Team Shuffle is stored securely and directly on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any of your personal data with external servers.

Data stored locally
  • Player Names and Stats: Names, goal counts, assists, and performance metrics are stored locally in the application’s database (Hive).
  • Match History: Records of previous match formations and results are stored on your device.
  • App Metadata: Basic configuration settings to improve your experience.
Information we do not collect
  • We do not collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your email address, phone number, or real-time location.
  • We do not have access to the player names or match data you enter into the app.

2. Permissions

The Application may request the following permissions for specific functionality:

  • Internet Access: Used solely for application updates or to enable standard sharing functionality via system-level APIs.
  • Storage/Media: Used to save or export match results if you choose to share them.

3. Sharing Your Data

The Application includes a “Share” feature that allows you to send match results to other apps (like WhatsApp, Messages, or Email). When you use this feature:

  • The data is handled by your device’s operating system and the destination app you choose.
  • We do not track who you share with or the content of what you share.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party libraries (such as Google Fonts or Flutter plugins) to provide application functionality. These services do not collect data from you through our application unless required for their core operation (e.g., fetching a font file). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. Since all data is stored locally, you can also simply delete the Application or clear its storage to remove any data entered by a child.

6. Data Retention

Data entered into Random Team Shuffle remains on your device as long as the Application is installed. You can delete all data at any time by:

  1. Deleting individual players or records within the app.
  2. Clearing the Application’s cache/data in your device settings.
  3. Uninstalling the Application.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Effective Date” at the top.
